We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was one of the best aspects, as it was off the main highway, away from traffic noise and disturbances. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities for children, such as a play area and a refreshing swimming pool. The baby pool was perfect for our kids, while the larger pool offered relief from the scorching heat. Furthermore, the food and room service were top-notch. The quality and quantity of food provided were excellent, and the service time was satisfactory. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near the lake and food plaza, and the friendly staff.
Nothing not to like.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. the location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful garden setting with options for garden side dinners. the hotel was centrally located in the heart of Saputara, making it convenient to explore the city. We also had the opportunity to enjoy views of the nearby lake. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good lighting. the staff was incredibly courteous and proactive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. the breakfast was delicious and the food quality overall was excellent. the resort also offered amenities such as a swimming pool and gymnasium.
The buffet during peak hours was a bit crowded, resulting in wait times for certain items.

The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff was prompt with their service. the food options were incredibly great and we loved the pure veg cuisine. the location of the hotel was very close to the bus station, making it easy to access and explore the area. we enjoyed the great view through the large windows in the rooms.
The amenities were quite disappointing. the swimming pool was small and the gym equipment were not in good condition.

This hotel is located in the centre of Saputara, near prime points like Sugar and Spice and the sunset point. It offers good value for money with spacious and clean rooms, AC, and excellent bathrooms with separate beds. The staff is courteous and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast options are simple and tasty.
No significant issues to mention, everything was satisfactory.
